To function as an effective workplace assistant, Worklane collects minimal necessary information:

Account Information: Name and email address provided by your organization or during registration to identify you within the system.
Workplace Identifiers: Unique identifiers such as User IDs and Device IDs, which are required to deliver secure push notifications and coordinate status reporting.
Coordination Data: Status updates you provide during workplace events or drills, and visitor registration details you submit.
Usage Diagnostics: Technical logs and crash data to help us maintain the reliability of the assistant.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used strictly to:

Facilitate visitor check-in coordination.
Provide a channel for reporting status during office events.
Distribute essential workplace announcements.
Maintain and improve the technical performance of the application.

5. Role as a Facilitator

Worklane is a facilitation tool and an assistant. It does not provide safety guarantees and should not be relied upon as a replacement for official on-site safety protocols, professional emergency response, or life-safety systems. Information provided via the app is for coordination assistance only.
